The 20-year-old winger, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, last summer signed a contract with the "blues" of London for two years and was loaned to Ipswich to get games and experiences in the Championship.
Even further back, in 2022, Arsenal released him from their academy, not having believed and invested in his talent.
Hutchinson needed to find an environment that would provide him with confidence, security and support and that was the case with the 'tractor boys'.
On Saturday afternoon, Ipswich celebrated promotion to the Premier League after two decades, and Omari Hutchinson knows he played a big part for that promotion.
He scored 10 times and recorded 6 assists. As a result he gained tremendous love from the team's fans for his contribution. Most of all, he got the vindication of his perseverance and the result of the dedication he showed... first to himself and then to his team, to succeed after what happened the last two summer transfer windows.
"I will talk to my agent and we will see, but I want to stay at Ipswich next season as well. It was the best loan I could have imagined" he said after this year's achievement.
